The Family Sundays are the free summer programme at Uber Platz. We are there with our mobile Turnbar calisthenics rig: bars, mats, bands — and coaches who show you how the first pull-up works. Just come by; nobody needs to sign up.

Uber Platz opens the square on 9 Sundays over the summer, 12:00 PM–04:00 PM each time:
We announce on Instagram which of those dates our rig is up for. The rest of the programme — water play, circus, crafts, sport — comes from Uber Platz.
What we set up
The Turnbar is a mobile calisthenics rig: pull-up bars at several heights, mats and resistance bands. That makes calisthenics work for everyone — the little ones hang from the low bar, adults try the pull-up, the dip and the Human Flag.
Joining in
Sports kit and a water bottle — that is all it takes. Our coaches spot you, correct you and hand out tips, whether it is your first pull-up or your tenth. And if you want to keep going afterwards: the trial session is free.

Bring your family, your friends and your neighbours. Watching costs nothing, and so does trying — most people who once hung from the bar come back.
